<p>PURPOSE:To suppress the continuity of error with respect to burst error to adapt an inter-frame encoding device to an electromagnetic conversion system by dispersing the intra-frame processing signal important for decoding on a recording medium or the like by shuffling processing. CONSTITUTION:A shuffling circuit 23 is added to a conventional example, and a deshuffling circuit 29 is provided instead of a frame delay circuit. A frame synchronizing signal is detected from an input signal by a frame synhronism detecting circuit 21, and a control signal to determine the execution of intra- frame processing or inter-frame processing of the input signal is outputted to the shuffling circuit 23, a selector 24, and the deshuffling circuit 29. Consequently, the shuffling circuit 23 is made select the shuffling processing or the delay processing by the input frame, and only the intra-frame processing signal important for decoding is shuffled. Thus, blocks where error occurs are dispersed in a picture with respect to the burst error due to drop-out peculiar to a magnetic recording medium to facilitate the correction.</p> |
