PURPOSE:To improve efficiency in manufacturing, by eliminating a step, in which outgoing parts of coils provided around two bobbins are connected. CONSTITUTION:A first bobbin 2A having a projected binding part 24A for a first winding and a second bobbin 2B having a projected binding part 24B for a second winding are mounted in series on a rotary shaft 40 in a winding machine 4. A top of a copper wire 3 is bound on a first terminal pin 25A. While the rotary shaft 40 is rotated, a nozzle 42 for drawing out the copper wire 3 is moved in an axial direction (X) and a diametrical direction (Y) of the rotary shaft 40 so that the copper wire 3 is turned around the first bobbin 2A. Then, an outgoing part 33 is bound around the projected binding part 24A used for the first winding, and after the copper wire 3 is bound on the projected binding part 24B used for the secondary winding, the copper wire 3 is turned around the second bobbin 2b. |
