PURPOSE: To provide a CD-ROM information editing device for automatically editing plural text tiles. CONSTITUTION: A public announcement editing system is provided with an information processor 10, an FD device 50, a metal disk device 60 and a CD- ROM reader 80, etc. This system combines many text files to a single file, eliminates unrequired data other than text information, arranges a document formal, divides compound clauses and compound sentences into plural single sentences and corrects fluctuation on notation based on a normal expression rule. Also, Japanese whose translation is difficult is converted to an accurate translation object language beforehand. |
