The subject of the present invention is a novel surfacing formed by a hydrocarbon-containing binder and a mineral internal structure which are spread successively, the surfacing furthermore comprising mineral or organic fibres, in particular glass fibres spread either with the binder or with the mineral internal structure. According to a particular embodiment, the surfacing comprises, per m<2>, 0.1 to 5 kg of binder, 2 to 18 l of mineral internal structure, 10 to 100 g of fibres. The invention also relates to a method for using surfacing as defined hereinabove.
