PURPOSE:To rapidly and surely cure the entire protective film of an optical disk in a single process for irradiating the disk with UV rays. CONSTITUTION:When the top of an optical disk 1A coated with a protective film 2 on the surface of the reflecting film 1b and that of the peripheral end 1c is irradiated with UV rays 4, a part 4a of the rays 4 is reflected on a circular specular surface 55 formed on a disk tray 3 so that even the peripheral end 1c of the optical disk 1A can surely be irradiated.
