PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen knife supporting tool that reduces a risk of hurting a user while temporarily placing a kitchen knife on a chopping board, and conforms with various hands and/or finger's length and width, and shapes of the user using the kitchen knife when the user performs cutting work of materials using the kitchen knife.SOLUTION: A kitchen knife supporting tool of the present invention is the kitchen knife supporting tool for supporting a kitchen knife, and includes: a holding unit comprising grooves insertable from the dorsal ridge of the blade of the kitchen knife and holding the blade; an upper finger placing part disposed to comply with the crest of the blade comprising an area in the vertically upward direction of the grooves, and capable of placing hand fingers for gripping the kitchen knife; and a supporting part for supporting the kitchen knife so as to stand by itself in an inclined state in any one side of a blade side held by the holding unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
