PURPOSE:To make the convergence of an engine speed to the desired value performable so speedily, by operating an exhaust valve at a time when a difference between the engine speed and the desired speed is more than the specified value during shifting up. CONSTITUTION:When a select lever 7 is operated by a driving range, for example, a car is driven at second, if a driver operates an accelerator pedal 11, an MPU 9a judges of whether a transmission 6 changes the speed gear of shift-up or not, and when YES judgment is the case, successively it finds an engine speed Ne from output of a speed sensor 10, storing it in a random access memory 9a. And, a revolving speed Ni of an input shaft 6a is found out of a speed sensor 8a, storing it in the RAM 9a. And, a difference DELTAN between both speeds Ne and Ni is larger than the setting value, and when a difference DELTANe between the engine speed Ne and the desired speed Net is judged to be larger than the setting value beta, a solenoid valve 17 is controlled, closing an exhaust valve 13, thus engine motion is made to be checked. |
