A layered lens, made from synthetic resin, for a vehicle illumination device, in which an upper lens layer is arranged on a lower lens layer, as a result of which a layered lens of integral construction is formed. The lower lens layer is formed in a state in which the surface of the lower lens layer, by means of which it contacts the upper lens layer, is arranged opposite the injection opening. The runner attachment (feed approach) of the lower layer is therefore concealed by the upper layer.
