The invention relates to a multiple thermoconverter in thin film construction which is used for precise returning of r.m.s. values of electrical voltages and currents to equivalent zero-frequency quantities. The object of the invention, which is to specify a thin-film multiple thermoconverter which avoids, to the greatest possible extent, transfer differences due to the Thomson and Peltier effect in thin-film multiple thermoconverters, is achieved according to the invention in that the heating resistor is given a lateral dimension which exceeds the lateral dimension of the thermopile on both sides by an amount of at least one tenth of the lateral dimension of the thermopile and/or the distance to the boundary line of the thermopile from the boundary line, respectively adjacent to it, of the free suspension of the support diaphragm is fixed at essentially the same size and the sum of these separations is fixed at the order of magnitude of half the lateral dimension (b) of the thermopile.
