<p>The invention relates to an optoelectronic device for measuring the time and contact position with the ground of a body within a predetermined area comprising a first measuring bar which incorporates within it one or more infrared light beam transmitters, a second measuring bar located in a position opposite and parallel to the first bar and which incorporates within it one or more receivers in an equal number to the number of transmitters present on the first bar.
