PURPOSE:To suppress the shrinkage and deformation of a skin and a foamed resin layer around an opening part by simplifying a structure and to well hold the set state around the opening part over a long period of time and to further obtain a homogenous soft feel. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical part 11 provided by depressing the skin 1 of a required opening part 4, a correction ring 5 composed of a rigid wire material and mounted so as to surround the cylindrical part 11 and the elastomer 7 attached to the correction ring 5 are provided and, in such a state that the correction ring 5 having the elastomer attached thereto is mounted so as to surround the cylindrical part 11, a raw material of a foamable synthetic resin is injected into the skin to be foamed and cured to embed the correction ring 5 and the elastomer 7 in the foamed resin layer 7. |
