<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycled tile carpet improving the adhesion property between a backing layer and a reinforcing layer and having superior dimension stability. <P>SOLUTION: A composition that is obtained by pulverizing a carpet waste material formed by containing vinyl chloride resin, and that contains 0.5-10 wt.% of pulverized glass fibers and pile yarns is defined as the backing layer 3 of the tile carpet, and the reinforcing layer 4 comprising a nonwoven fabric of glass fibers, which has a basis weight value of 15-38 g/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>, a fiber diameter of 8 μm or more, and the fiber length of 15 mm or more, is used to provide this recycled tile carpet 1 having the superior dimension stability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
