摘要

Process for refining mixtures resulting from treatments of fatty substances with cyclodextrin and containing complexes of cyclodextrin essentially with lipophilic compounds other than fatty acids, characterised in that the said mixture is subjected successively to a thermal treatment in the presence of a solvent system comprising water, the mixture treated thus is separated into different raffinates and the raffinates are recovered.
