Fastening element for fastening insulating-material panels

Fastening elements which are based on a rigid connection between the dowel, which can be anchored in the masonry work, and the retaining plate retaining the insulating-material panels are known for fastening insulating-material panels in conjunction with a composite heat-insulating system. In order to avoid damage to the fastening elements or to the plaster layer applied on the insulating-material panels, the invention proposes a fastening element comprising an expansion dowel, a lengthening piece and a retaining plate, these being connected to one another in an articulated manner in each case.
