Device for production crystallizing nuclei in melting contains vertically oriented closed, particularly cylindrical jar (2) with bottom (3), at least one inflow (5) for melting and at least one emptying nozzle (7) for inoculated meltings with crystalline nuclei. The wall of the jar (2) is equipped with especially annulated area, which consists of cooling surface (16). Inside the jar (2) there is a scrapping device (9) is placed, fixed to the motor-powered rotary actuating shaft (10), running in the jar (2) axially close to the bottom (3). Rotary shaft (10) is at its end exposed to the bottom of the jar (2), in direction to the edged surface of the jar (2) and then basically parallel with the annulated cooling surface (16) and parallel with the axis of the rotary actuating shaft (10). On the scrapping arm (11, 11a) there is placed at least one scrapping knife (12), which is during the operation movable along the inner surface of the edge wall of the jar (2) in the area of its cooling surface (16). Scrapping device (9) is heated. |
