PURPOSE:To push a lining material against the inner surface of an existing pipe and curing the lining material positively by a simple device by inserting the lining material into the existing pipe, expanding the inserted lining material, pushing the lining material against the inner surface of the existing pipe and curing the lining material. CONSTITUTION:The front end of a lining material 2 is reversed and fixed into the pressure- fluid supply port 8 of an existing pipe 1, a pressure fluid corresponding to the reversal pressure of the lining material 2 is fed, and the lining material 2 is reversed to the inner surface of the existing pipe. A fluid supply valve 10 and a safety valve 11 are fastened at the front end section of the lining material 2, and a reversal hose 13 is fixed into the pressure-fluid supply port 8. The fluid supply valve 10 is opened, the pressure fluid is fed, and the lining material 2 is expanded to approximately half or more of the existing pipe 1. The fluid supply valve 10 is closed, the fluid at high pressure is supplied from the pressure-fluid supply port 8, the reversal hose 13 is reversed and advanced into the lining material 2, and the lining material 2 is pushed against the inner surface of the existing pipe 1. The safety valve 11 is opened by the increase of the pressure of the inside 14 of the lining material 2, and fixed pressure is kept at all times in the inside 14. Ultraviolet generators 17 are inserted into the lining material 2 by a cable 18, and the lining material 2 is irradiated with ultraviolet rays and cured. |
