PURPOSE:To obtain a television interactive monitoring system suitable for every kind of guidance service by providing a remote supervisory function and a remote control function by using an ISDN (Integrated Services Digital Network) in a communication line. CONSTITUTION:The image voice interactive devices 10 of terminal station devices 3, 4 and the image voice interactive device 5 of a central station device 2 are operated so as to perform communication via the ISDN 1. Monitors 11 for interaction, cameras 15 for interaction, detecting means 108 for general visitor, emergency buttons 109, the devices 10 euqipped with unmanned state setting key 110, monitoring cameras 12, and facsimile 13 are loaded on the devices 3, 4. A monitor 6 for interaction, the device 5 equipped with a camera 7 for interaction, and facsimile 8 are loaded on the device 2, and the facsimile 8 transfers character and graphic information to the devices 3, 4 via a communication control unit 31. By employing such constitution, it is possible to perform multifunctional multimedia guidance service, etc., in addition to interactive service by voice and image. |
