PURPOSE:To readily carry out inoculating operation of a seed bacterium without possibility of contamination. CONSTITUTION:A syringe 7, a sleeve 10, etc., constituting an inoculating tool is presterilized by heating. A seed bacterium is packed into the syringe 7 in clean space, the syringe is combine with the sleeve 10 and covered with a forth film 18. After the forth film 18 is removed in the vicinity of an inoculation mouth, the syringe 7 is adjusted to the inoculation mouth and the sleeve 10 is pressed. Consequently, a piston plate 15 pushes the seed bacterium in the syringe 7 through the inoculation mouth into a culture tank.
