The tubular casing may be rotatable around a horizontal axis on opposing aligned appendages, and the base structure may include a basket resting on a trolley which can be lifted in a guided manner to couple with the bottom edge of the casing. The plant may be used in a wide variety of industrial applications, in particular in the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries. |
