BIPOLARITY OUTPUT CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To provide an output circuit whose circuit constant is not affected even when a power supply voltage is fluctuated by using one transistor(TR) to drive two kinds of TRs whose polarity is different. CONSTITUTION:A pnp TR is adopted for a 1st output TR Q2 and a 1st output terminal T1 is connected to its collector. An npn TR is adopted for a 2nd output TR Q3 and a 2nd output terminal T2 is connected to its collector. A logic signal being a binary signal of a ground potential and a constant voltage is inputted to the base of a drive TR Q1, its collector is connected to the base of the 1st output TR Q2 and its emitter is connected to the base of the 2nd output TR Q3 via an emitter resistor R1. Since a constant current flows between the collector and the emitter of the drive TR Q1, the 1st output TR Q1 and the 2nd output TR Q2 are driven by a constant current.
