PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacture with simple configuration and to improve the filter characteristic by providing plural waveguides side by side in the direction of the long side while the mutual position is deviated by a predetermined interval. CONSTITUTION:Waveguides 10-14 are formed in nearly rectangle with a cross section of aXb and formed with integral forming so that they are arranged side by side in the guide axis direction while each long, side (a) is deviated by a predetermined interval. Inductive windows 15-18 are formed to each joint of the waveguides 10-14. As a result, a structure of a cavity resonator having a desired filter characteristic is obtained. |
