PURPOSE:To display three-dimensionally patterns on a display plate of a pinball game (pachinko) machine. CONSTITUTION:When a pinball enters a first class staring port 13 of a pinball game machine, a display plate 20 displays continuously predetermined 15 patterns according to the control of a control circuit. The control circuit determines whether or not a jackpot is hit on the basis of a predetermined probability t1 seconds after the entrance of the pinball into the first class starting port. An area for selecting a miss pattern or area for selecting a jackpot pattern is selected on the basis of the determination. The combination of patterns displayed finally is selected from the pattern selecting area. The combination of the patterns is displayed on the display plate in the order of left pattern, middle pattern and right pattern. Then, six variable patterns of different sizes in every pattern are displayed on the display plate continuously and sequentially from the small pattern for t2 seconds. As a result, three-dimensional display effect is obtained from a prespective feeling as if the patterns approach the front surface from afar. |
