PRODUCTION OF DECORATIVE PANEL

摘要

PURPOSE:To manufacture a decorative panel improved in abrasion resistance without wearing a mirror surface plate within a short time. CONSTITUTION:In the manufacture of a thermosetting resin decorative panel, fine particles of a transparent synthetic resin with a particle size of 50mum or less are uniformly bonded to the surface of decorative paper before the impregnation treatment with a thermosetting resin. Hard inorg. fine particles with a particle size of 9mum or less or a curing accelerator of a thermosetting resin may be bonded to the surface of the decorative paper along with the synthetic resin fine particles.
