PURPOSE:To produce a crack-free wall material or floor material utilizing an inorganic waste such as furnace slag. CONSTITUTION:This method for producing a wall material or floor material comprises mixing fine inorganic waste particles 1 with aluminum particles 2, charging the mixture into a mold up to its half volume, inserting reinforcing members into the mold, charging aluminum powder on the peripheries of the reinforcing members, charging the mixture in the remaining spaces, heating the charged materials to the sintering temperature of the inorganic wastes through the melting point of the aluminum, sintering the charged particles, and subsequently accelerating the binding of the melted aluminum particles and the waste particles 1 to the reinforcing members during a cooling-solidifying process. |
