<p>PURPOSE:To improve the heat resistance and impact resistance of a heat- resistant cooking container by using a blend resin of a polyetherimide resin and polycarbonate resin. CONSTITUTION:A container main body 1 is manufactured by an injection molding a blend resin of a polyetherimide resin and polycarbonate resin using an appropriate mold. For example, for the container, the blend resin of the polyetherimide resin and polycarbonate resin by a ratio of 1:1 is used, and a container with a volume of 2 litters is manufactured. On the container main body 1, handles 3 for taking out are formed, and the handles 3 are integrally formed with the same material. Since the handles 3 have little heat conductivity, they work adantageously when the container is taken out after heating a content by a microwave oven. A lid 2 is used when foods, etc., are preserved under a normal condition, and material-wise there is not limit. The lid 2 is formed with a structure to be fitted on the peripheral edge of the container main body 1, and the structure shall have an airtightness at a degree which is enough to prevent a contained liquid from leaking at the time of food preservation.</p> |
