PURPOSE:To form a ceramic.green sheet by mixing ceramic powder, a UV absorbent and a photosensitive resin composition containing a specific acrylic copolymer, a photoreactive compound and a photopolymerization initiator. CONSTITUTION:40-60wt.% of glass raw material powder comprising 30-70wt.% of SiO2, 5-25wt.% of Al2O3, 5-25wt.% of CaO, 0-10wt.% of MgO, 3-50wt.% of B2O3 and 0-15wt.% of TiO2 is mixed with 60-40wt.% of one or more of fillers such as Al2O3 and ZrO2 to prepare ceramic powder. An acrylic copolymer having carboxyl groups and ethylenic unsaturated groups at side chains and a photopolymerization initiator are dissolved in a photoreactive compound such as allyl acrylate, and the prepared ceramic powder and a UV absorbent such as an azo dyestuff are dispersed in the solution. The prepared slurry is cast on a 10-500mum film with a doctor blade and subsequently subjected to the removal of the solvent to produce a ceramic.green sheet facilitating the formation of via-holes and through-holes. |
