Dispersant compositions which inhibit scaling and/or corrosion in industrial water circuits. They include polymers of acrylic and/or metacrylic acids and the derivatives thereof, as dispersing agent, and a plurality of compositions inhibiting scaling and/or corrosion. As scaling inhibitors they include nitrogenated or non-nitrogenated organophosphonate compounds, in concentrations up to 25%. As corrosion inhibitors they include metal or ammonium salts in concentrations up to 17%; and salts of molybdenum (VI), in concentrations up to 12%. As inhibitors of corrosion for copper, organic thio-compounds and/or organonitrogenated compounds, in concentrations up to 5%. The concentration of the copolymer varies between 2 and 20%. Said compositions are used in industrial water circuits, and as dispersants of fillers and pigments in paints and paper manufacturing processes.
