<p>PURPOSE:To provide an inexpensive fluid detector in a simple manufacture which is used, e.g. in a flow sensor to detect the side flow of wind and can measure the correct flow velocity of a fluid. CONSTITUTION:A fluid detecting element 40 is electrically and mechanically mounted to a printed circuit board 3 by wireless bonding. The electric wiring of the printed circuit board 3 is connected to an electric wiring 9 of a different printed circuit board 8. Since no package is necessary and no bonding wire is used, the flow velocity of a fluid to be measured is not disturbed at all, allowing the correct measurement of the flow velocity. Moreover, since the manufacturing process becomes simple, the apparatus is obtained at low costs.</p> |
