This invention is for metal compression processing. The purpose of the invention - the expansion of technological facilities, the increase of profile quality and throughput. The profiles in the sheet substance are formed in series. Each profile is formed gradually by the help of pairs of formative rolls I. The first pair of formative rolls bends the sheet substance at the smallest angle, each following pair increases the bending angle till the profile is finally formed. The mechanism for bending the sheet substance consists of profile formation zones, located in series. The first of them is equipped along the central horizontal mechanism axle, and the two following ones - symmetrically in regard to the central horizontal mechanism axle, besides each profile formation zone consist of roll pairs. The first pair has the smallest bending element angle. The following pairs of profile-forming rolls are located in ascending order of the bending angles. The bending of the sheet substance is done when the substance is moving. The deflection elements 3 are equipped for coordinating the location. The substance position along its width is regulated by the mechanism frame. This invention ensures the extraction of precise profiles of good quality, and the efficiency of the process. The profiles in a sheet substance of an unlimited length are formed without difficulties. |
