PURPOSE:To form an ultra-particulate coat having antistatic property excellent for preventing adherence of stain and visible light reflection preventing property, which can be applied to a large area at especially low cost, and form an image display plate of a cathode-ray tube using ultra-particulate coat by a simple method. CONSTITUTION:A cathode-ray tube 21 is attached to a coating liquid tank 22. The coating liquid tank 22 is filled with a coating liquid 23 in which SnO2 ultra-particulate for preventing electrification is mixed. Thereafter, the surface of the cathode-ray tube 21 is covered with the coating liquid at a prescribed speed and exposed so as to form a conductive coat. Then, by using a coating liquid made by mixing ultra-particulate for preventing visible light reflection in other coating liquid tank, the same operation is performed so as to form a visible light reflection preventing coat thereon and it is further processed with water repellent treatment. |
