PURPOSE: To produce an animal feed additive basically consisting of fermented meat juice containing a fermented product and components other than the fermented meat juice of a main part. CONSTITUTION: The fermented meat juice is removed of a part of its components depending on the case, and then spray-dried to form fine particles whose 100 μm maximum particle size is at least 70 wt.%. and to form the fine particles into granule including the fine particles of at least 30 wt.%.
