<p>PURPOSE:To provide a working process organizing device by which the work for allotting respective working processes to respective workers can be easily carried out, and also by which the time allotted to the respective workers can be equalized as evenly as possible. CONSTITUTION:A process analysis sheet showing a plurality of working processes, standard time for the respective working processes, and execution procedures; a plurality of worker's names in charge of the respective working processes; and the time allotted to the respective workers are displayed on a display means 3 respectively. By commanding the allotment of the working processes to the respective workers by a command input means 2, the time allotted to the respective workers in charge is calculated by a calculating means 1, and is displayed on the display means 3.</p> |
