PURPOSE:To enable a connecting work for a coaxial cable to be easily executed for completion in a short time, and prevent the loss of characteristics at a conductor connecting section. CONSTITUTION:A terminal 11 is formed by integrating a blade rest spring section 12 for connecting the conductor 14 of a coaxial cable 7 with a center pin 13, and two ribs 20 and 21 are formed on the internal surface of a cover 4. One rib 20 pushes and presses the braided wire 22 of the coaxial cable 7 against a shield plate 9, when covers 3 and 4 are closed. Also, the other rib 21 pushes and presses the skin 23 of the coaxial cable 7 against the shield plate 9. The conductor 14 of the coaxial cable 7 is inserted in the blade rest spring section 12 of the terminal 11 and the cover 3 is closed. In this case, the rib 20 presses the braided wire 22 of the coaxial cable 7 and concurrently the rib 21 presses the skin 23 thereof. |
