PURPOSE:To turn on/off a light-emitting diode at high speed. CONSTITUTION:When the complementary signal of the driving pulse signal to be fed to a driving transistor 1 is fed to a complementary transistor, the forward current IP determined by the time constant of a capacitor 4 and a resistor 6 flows to a light-emitting diode 2 when rising; and when falling, a reverse bias is applied through a diode 7 and the capacitor 4, and the load accumulated on the light-emitting diode 2 is taken out by passing a reverse current IC. |
