PURPOSE: To provide an overcurrent pull-out device for facilitating the cooperation with another overcurrent protection device including a fuse, by allowing a selectable specific function to include a long-delay part, a short-delay part, and an instantaneous part. CONSTITUTION: With an overcurrent pull-out characteristic, the adjustment range of both parts is selected so that a short delay part A82 and a long delay part A94 do not overlap over the total adjustment range of a pull-out device. Then, by operating the long-delay part A94 after the short-delay part A82 normally, a relatively small current flows in a power distribution system over a relatively long time without causing a circuit breaker to be pulled out. Also, the short-delay part A82 of a curve is set to operate before the long-delay part A94, so that it operates earlier than the long-delay part A94 for a relatively large current, thus eliminating an overlapping for preventing the long-delay part A94 from being pulled out before the short-delay part 82A. As a result, the cooperation with another overcurrent protection device can be facilitated. |
