<p>PURPOSE:To remove a useless pulse when such an excessive pulse is mixed in a control signal at the reproducing time. CONSTITUTION:A CTL signal recorded in a longitudinal track on a tape 1 is regenerated by a control head 2, and is amplified by a preamplifier 3, and is afterward pulsified by a pulse forming circuit 4 and then inputted to a pulse decoding circuit 10. The pulse decoding circuit 10 has a pulse decoding timing control circuit 11 for controlling pulse decoding timing in response to a pulse interval or pulse length of a reproducing CTL pulse outputted from the pulse forming circuit 4 and a separating circuit 12 controlled by this pulse decoding timing control circuit 11, for separating and outputting plural kinds of pulses in accordance with a CTL signal format from the reproducing CTL pulse.</p> |
