The reel driving device solves a damage phenomenon of a screen caused by a tape's lengthening in a running system when changing the mode to a play or an inverse play. The reel driving device is constructed of: a driving power transferring part spinning in a regular or inverse direction by a driving source; a driving connector for always transferring power of the driving power transferring part to a reel driver; and one direction constraint member for transferring the spinning power of the reel driver to the reel body only in one direction.
