PURPOSE:To accurately grasp the life of each part of a component supply part and issue an alarm by collecting the maintenance information of the component supply part, and preserving and storing the maintenance information, and comparing it with reference maintenance information being set in advance. CONSTITUTION:In a component mounter 13, a controller 14 collects the total number of parts sucked with each component supply part 4 at real time. Based on it, the controller 14 makes management data structure, and also writes the information related to the component supply part 4 into a memory 16 each time the component supply part 4 is removed, and each component supply part 4 preserves and stores the information on the total number of components sucked. Moreover, in case of setting the component supply part 4 removed in advance into a component mounter 13, the controller 14 update the management data structure. And, based on the information of management data structure, it compares the designed life with the present life, and in the case that the present life has gotten over the design life, it issues an alarm. |
