Manufacture of a liquor by alcoholic maceration of heather flowers and addition of sugar. This manufacture consists in macerating dry heather flowers in alcohol for 15 days and adding sugar thereto in the following proportions: For one litre of alcohol, 71 grammes of dry heather flowers and 270 grammes of sugar, followed by filtration and bottling. This manufacture is intended to be added to the production of a liquor merchant.
