This garment comprises a part which forms a dorsal motif (14) and is designed to be removably attached to the internal edge of a back opening (12) formed in the garment so that this motif (14) can be seen from the outside. The garment also comprises an internal lining (16) so that the part of this lining (16) which covers the back opening (12) forms a flap (18) which can be lifted up.
