PURPOSE:To easily record the other surface of a sheet one surface of which is already recorded without a switching operation in a double-face recording apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A main body 10 of the apparatus is provided with a first feeding means 40 and a second feeding means 41. The first feeding means 40 has a feeding cassette A containing sheets S1 having one surfaces thereof recorded, a feeding roller 10 and a separating roller 38. Meanwhile, the second feeding means 41 has a feeding cassette B containing unused sheets S2, a feeding roller 20 and a separating roller 39. When one surface of a sheet is to be recorded, the first feeding means 40 is driven by an electric controlling means to send out the sheet S1. When both surfaces of the sheet are to be recorded, the second feeding means 41 is activated to feed the unused sheet S2. |
