HEAT STORAGE TYPE BURNER DEVICE

PURPOSE:To provide a heat storage type burner device in which the amount of NOx produced is less while a relative high efficiency is being kept. CONSTITUTION:In a heat storage type burner device, primary combustion is carried out with a primary air of high temperature, and secondary combustion is carried out with secondary air of lower temperature than that of the primary air. Due to this fact, the heat storage type burner device is comprised of a combustion cylinder 3 coaxially arranged within the cylindrical case 2 projecting into the heating furnace 1 and a main burner 6 extending along the axis of the combustion cylinder 3 and opened toward a rear part region of the combustion cylinder. In addition, the heat storage type burner device is comprised of an air guiding cylinder 10 enclosing coaxially the main burner 6 and forming a primary air passage 13 of annular shape communicating with the combustion cylinder 3; a heat storage member 14 arranged in the primary air passage 13; and a secondary air passage 16 formed between the air guiding cylinder 10 and the cylindrical case 2 and communicating with an annular space between the combustion cylinder 3 and the cylindrical case 2.
