<p>PURPOSE:To perform a time synchronization with few errors based on the time information that a server provides also in a machine with low time operation capability. CONSTITUTION:This system consists of a server 1 provided with a time data transmission time ad justing means 11 providing standby time for transmitting time information by optimum timing and a network distance control means 10 controlling necessary information for it and a client 2 performing a time synchronization by utilizing this server 1. In order to reduce the errors of time with the server 1 by performing the time setting by the client 2 at the point of time when time information reaches from the server 1, the server 1 controls the network distance with the client 2 and calculates the timing when the time information is transmitted to the client 2 by utilizing it. The errors when the synchronization of the server 1 and time is taken can be reduced regardless of the size of the minimum time unit that the time setting means of the client 2 is capable of treating.</p> |
