<p>PURPOSE:To attain optimum vibration correction corresponding to the change in the condition of an objective lens system due to variable power and focusing, etc., by moving the objective lens in the direction of an optical axis, detecting a moving amount and operating a driving amount based on the signal of the moving amount and a signal from a vibration detection means. CONSTITUTION:By a moving amount detection means 105, the moving amount (moving amount in an i-th lens group 101) where respective lens groups are moved in the direction of the optical axis from the reference state of the objective lens system consisting of respective lens groups incorporating the i-th lens group 101 is detected to transmit the signal to an operation means 106. On the other hand, by the oscillation detection means 103, the inclination angle of the whole objective lens system is detected to transmit the signal to the operation means 106. Then, by the operation means 106, the driving amount of a damping lens group 102 is operated from two kinds of signals from the moving amount detection means 105 and the vibration detection means 103 and a storage value in the inside of the operation means 106. A vibration correction means 104 is driven based on the driving amount, and the damping lens group 102 is made eccentric in the direction orthogonally intersecting with the optical axis to correct the vibration.</p> |
