Therefore, a planet gear mechanism 73 is put in a state not to transmit motive power, that is in a state that a clutch is released. Therefore, nothing restricts the return of a parking brake pedal 3, allowing the releasing lever 12 to turn in the returning direction, releasing the activation of a rear brake. |
