PURPOSE:To simplify the construction with reduction in the power consumption by turning a lever properly by an appropriate angle at a proper timing based on a pertinent control signal with an ink supply body arranged on a moving path about a rotating shaft of a print striking element. CONSTITUTION:Upper and lower dot striking positions are determined on a recording paper 10 by controlling the timing of turning a lever 3 about a shaft 4 as coming sequentially to the position facing a recording paper 10. For example, when a dot printing is done 8 dots each in the upper and lower position, the timing of turning the lever 3 about the shaft 4 is shifted only a bit while the rotating shaft 1 rotates twice. Upon the end of the printing 8 dots each in the upper and lower position, the recording paper 10 is moved relatively by one dot to the right or left by a proper driving means and then, the same operation is done. Thus, this operation is repeated to accomplish one line of dot printing. |
