DATA COMPRESSION DEVICE AND DATA RESTORATION DEVICE

摘要

PURPOSE:To highly compress data at the time of adopting universal encoding constitution following a dynamic dictionary type on a data compression device and the data restoration device. CONSTITUTION:This data compression device consists of a connection list 11a managing registered dictionary numbers by arranging them in a use order, a specification means 4a specifying a registered position number on the connection list 11a managing the dictionary number when the dictionary number being the object of encoding is retrieved, and a code means 16a encoding a variable length in such a way that the code length of the registered position number specified by the specification means 4a is shorter as it is more correspond to the newly used dictionary number. The data restoration device is constituted to execute the inverse conversion of the data compression device.
