PURPOSE:To suppress the fluctuation of pure water and the feed quantity to a steam separator and stabilize the feed quantity of steam to a heat load by continuously controlling the water feed quantity to the steam separator in propor tion to the feed quantity of steam. CONSTITUTION:The steam 8 generated by the steam separator 5 of a cooling liquid circulation system 4 is fed to a fuel reformer 2 and a heat utilizing facility 16 via steam flow regulating valves 12, 13, and steam flow signals 25S, 26S detected by flow detectors 25, 26 are inputted to a main regulator 21. The signal 27S detected by a flow detector 27 on the pure water flow fed to the steam separator 5 is inputted to the main regulator 21, and an auxiliary regulator 22 is adjusted so that the signal 27S coincides with the sum of the steam detection signals 25S, 26S. A water feed regulating valve 24 feeds the same quantity of water as the feed quantity of the steam 8. The periodic fluctuation and the abrupt fluctuation of the water feed are suppressed, and steam can be stably fed. |
