PURPOSE:To provide a throttle valve control device having a simple structure by which assist air can be supplied always at idling time and idle speed can be made to follow up a target value and the occurrence of a torque changing feeling can be prevented. CONSTITUTION:In an engine CE, a throttle valve 12 and an assist air valve 16 are driven by a single step motor 25, and a driving mechanism is simplified. When opening of a motor rod is not more than a prescribed value, a suction air quantity is controlled only by the assist air valve 16, and when it exceeds the prescribed value, the suction air quantity is controlled by the throttle valve 12. Thereby, assist air can be supplied always even at idling time, and a torque changing feeling can be eliminated. Idle speed is controlled in a feedback system by a control unit C. |
