<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a coating layer excellent in corrosion resistance and adhesiveness by forming the coating layer on the surface of a metal with an acidic water base liquid self-depositing composition containing a dispersed organic resin solid or the like and constituting the organic resin solid of plural specific components. CONSTITUTION:When the self-depositing organic coating layer is formed on the metallic part in the surface of parts, at first, the acidic water base self- depositing composition containing the dispersed organic resin solid material and an activating component is brought into contact with the surface of the metal to form a non-cured intermediate coating layer. Next, the coating layer is dried to form a final self-depositing organic coating layer. At this time, the dispersed organic resin solid material consist of the following components. That is, the resin is composed of 50-90% polymer (A), at least 2wt.% acrylate polymer, styrene-butadien copolymer, poly(vinyl chloride) or the like and a mixture of >=2 kinds of them (B).</p> |
